Waynette “Britt” Brittingham is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) dedicated to helping adults navigate stress, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and major life transitions. She provides a compassionate, client-centered space where individuals can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Waynette specializes in life transitions, relationship challenges, and anxiety management. She supports clients in developing practical strategies to quiet the inner critic, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and create healthy boundaries. As a Gulf War-era veteran, Waynette brings a deep understanding of the mental health challenges veterans may face, particularly in relation to trauma and identity. She is passionate about supporting clients from all walks of life, including fellow veterans, those living with chronic illness, and individuals navigating long-term stress or change. Drawing from her own lived experience managing an autoimmune disorder for over 20 years, she also facilitates support groups for people with chronic health conditions and provides a safe, affirming space for healing and connection.
